Looking for a free webhost?

I’ve got a couple of simple websites to set up and was trawling the web looking for free web hosting when I came across Doteasy - web hosting. They offer a great free hosting service with no banner ads, that will do fine for what I have in mind.

The package includes 100MB Storage and monthly bandwidth of 1GB which should be fine for most simple websites. You also get 10 E-Mail Accounts with no setup or monthly fees. There’s a bunch of other features too including web designer software and tools such as Guestbook, Web Polls and Hit Counters.

I’m also tempted by their paid hosting packages as well - for $9.99 a month, you can get the unlimited hosting service which includes 20GB disk storage, unmetered monthly traffic, unmetered email accounts and a Dedicated IP Address as well as the features you would expect from paid hosting such as scripting (including PHP) and MySQL support, unlimited FTP access and email accounts, together with a load of free scripts and tools.

In addition to their hosting services, Doteasy also offer domain registration services too, which integrates nicely with the free hosting to make the whole setup process seamless.

I like the layout of the Doteasy website too - it’s easy to navigate and presents all of the different products in a simple, easy to read way.
